We want you to love your Cherry pieces as much as we do! But if something isn’t quite right, no worries—we’re here to make the return process smooth and easy for you.
Hassle-Free Returns
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. To keep things fresh and hygienic, the item must be unworn, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging—just the way you received it!
Once your return request is approved, simply send your item back within 14 days of receiving the return instructions.
How to Request a Return
Returning an item is simple! Just email us at support@wearcherry.com with:
- Your order number.
- The reason for your return.
- A picture (if needed).
We’ll review your request and send you the next steps!
Return Shipping & Fees
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, unless we made an oops (like sending the wrong item).
- To keep things fair, shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you receive a refund.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return makes it back to us safely.
What Can’t Be Returned?
For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns for:
- Items that has been worn, washed, or altered.
- Items missing their original tags or packaging.
We want every Cherry piece to feel brand new, just for you!
Refunds
- Once we receive your return, we’ll give it a quick check and start processing your refund.
- Your money will be sent back to your original payment method (minus any shipping costs).
- Refunds may take a few days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.

We may update our Return Policy from time to time to make it even better. Any changes will take effect immediately when posted on our website.
