  • All prices are listed in USD, GBP, and EUR (or equivalent based on your location).
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other secure payment methods at checkout.
  • Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.
  • If you notice an issue with your order, please contact us immediately at support@wearcherry.com. Once an order is processed, we may not be able to make changes.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide and offer free shipping on orders over 100 USD or the equivalent in your local currency.
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, with delivery taking 4-7 business days.
  • You’ll receive a tracking link once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.
  • Customs fees & import duties (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your Cherry pieces, but if something isn’t right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery as long as:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
  • You request a return within 30 days, and ship it back within 14 days after approval.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our end.

  • We do our best to keep our website updated with accurate pricing and stock availability.
  • In rare cases, an item may sell out before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll notify you and issue a full refund for the unavailable item.
