We work quickly to get your order ready! Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. During busy seasons or special promotions, processing might take a little longer—but we promise it’ll be worth the wait!
Shipping Methods & Costs
We ship worldwide and offer standard shipping for all orders.
- Shipping costs for orders under 100 USD may vary and will be calculated at checkout.
- Enjoy free shipping on orders over 100 USD (or the equivalent in your local currency).
Delivery Time
Once your order has been shipped, delivery usually takes 4-7 business days worldwide. While we do our best to ensure fast and reliable shipping, unexpected delays (like weather disruptions or customs processing) may sometimes happen. If that’s the case, we appreciate your patience and will keep you updated!
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order is on its way, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. This way, you can keep an eye on your package and know exactly when to expect it!
Shipping Fees & Address Changes
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if you return an item.
- Need to update your shipping address? Let us know as soon as possible at support@wearcherry.com. We’ll do our best to make the change, but once an order has been processed, we can’t guarantee modifications.
International Shipping & Customs
We love shipping worldwide! Just a heads-up—customs fees, import duties, or taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer, so be sure to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.
